PERFORMANCE

- The 2013 Scion tC Release Series 8.0 has a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine producing 180 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and peak torque of 173 lb.ft. at 4,100 rpm. There’s a choice of either automatic or manual 6-speed transmission.
- The automatic transmission has new steering wheel paddle shifters that yield quick-shifting response for more precise driving – unique to the tC Release Series.
- The manual transmission has a combined city/highway fuel efficiency of 7.9 litres per 100 km, while the automatic delivers 7.7 litres per 100 km.
- The suspension is finely tuned with stabilizer bars, front-wheel drive and highly responsive rack & pinion power steering.
